Warning: This Post Contains A Photo Of Me In A Bra
March 6, 2018
Ok, you've been warned. Twice.
So let's talk workout bras. The ones that are comfortable don't support you and the ones with enough support aren't comfortable.
That is until Sara Marie, who hails from Holland, MI, decided to do something about it. You may have seen her on Shark Tank where she convinced Daymond John to invest $250,000 and I am SO glad she did.
You can read all about SHEFIT on their website and I can tell you that I love them. First, I love that you can put them on just by zipping up the front instead of having to try and shimmy your way into elastic that keeps rolling up on you and - oh! - you don't like zippers in the front because they ruin the line of your shirt? Bam? These zips are covered.
You can adjust the bust band and the straps - which is great for someone like me who has to have the straps shortened on everything that I buy. (Seriously. I have a gorgeous Nicole Miller blouse I bought to wear for Prince Day in Minneapolis and have to have it altered because it sits two inches too low.)
And I love that the straps cross in the back. When I'm lifting weights it makes me more aware of the muscles I am working and I swear it helps with my posture. And I apologize for the back fat. I'm doing my best.
The bras run $64 - and I've spent more than that on a "good" workout bra before. I'm wearing a size Small - but there's a great fit guide on the website.
